Author’s Guide – Pioneer Page Publishers

A) Editorial Policy

Pioneer Page Publishers is committed to publishing original eBooks, book chapters, journals, and proceedings of seminars, conferences, and workshops.

The official language for submissions is English.
Pioneer Page Publishers does not accept fiction works.
Manuscripts undergo originality checks using plagiarism detection tools. Authors must ensure a similarity index below 19% overall and below 5% from any single source. Manuscripts exceeding these limits may be rejected.
The Managing Editor’s decision on acceptance or rejection, based on expert and peer review recommendations, is final.
Manuscripts are rarely rejected outright unless there are ethical or technical issues. Authors are provided opportunities to address language and grammatical concerns.
Authors may withdraw their submissions at any stage before online publication.

B) Publication Ethics

Pioneer Page Publishers upholds strict ethical standards and takes firm action against research and publication misconduct.

Research involving human or animal subjects must have prior ethics approval, with documented consent from participants.
Authors are required to follow ethical guidelines by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another publisher.
Plagiarism or other unethical practices will result in removal from the platform and notification to the author’s institution.

The opinions and content expressed in published works are solely those of the authors. Pioneer Page Publishers assumes no responsibility for any views, interpretations, or plagiarism in the submitted content.

D) Peer Review Policy

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure unbiased evaluation.

Manuscripts are reviewed by field experts, independent of the editorial board.
Authors must avoid revealing their identity in the manuscript.
Authors may suggest potential reviewers, but selection is at the discretion of the Managing Editor.

E) Ethical Guidelines

Submissions involving human or animal research must adhere to ethical standards, including:

Approvals from relevant bioethics committees.
Written consent from human participants or their guardians.
Anonymity and confidentiality of research subjects.

F) Author Guidelines

Submissions must be original, unpublished, and formatted using Times New Roman (size 12, 1.5 spacing) on A4 paper with 1” margins.
EndNote is recommended for references.
References should follow proper citation styles, and authors are encouraged to include DOIs.
Figures and tables must be properly labeled and referenced.

G) Submission Process

Authors will be notified of the decision and provided feedback if manuscripts are not accepted.
Published content is made available through open access on our website.

H) Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that may influence their research. A declaration of competing interests is mandatory for all submissions.

I) Publication Charges

Pioneer Page Publishers adheres to an open-access model under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 licensing.

Publication charges vary based on manuscript length and are payable upon acceptance.
Waivers may be granted to authors from developing countries on a case-by-case basis.
