  • The official language for submissions is English.
  • Pioneer Page Publishers does not accept fiction works.
  • Manuscripts undergo originality checks using plagiarism detection tools. Authors must ensure a similarity index below 19% overall and below 5% from any single source. Manuscripts exceeding these limits may be rejected.
  • The Managing Editor’s decision on acceptance or rejection, based on expert and peer review recommendations, is final.
  • Manuscripts are rarely rejected outright unless there are ethical or technical issues. Authors are provided opportunities to address language and grammatical concerns.
  • Authors may withdraw their submissions at any stage before online publication.

  • Research involving human or animal subjects must have prior ethics approval, with documented consent from participants.

  • Plagiarism or other unethical practices will result in removal from the platform and notification to the author’s institution.

D) Peer Review Policy

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure unbiased evaluation.

  • Manuscripts are reviewed by field experts, independent of the editorial board.
  • Authors must avoid revealing their identity in the manuscript.
  • Authors may suggest potential reviewers, but selection is at the discretion of the Managing Editor.

E) Ethical Guidelines

Submissions involving human or animal research must adhere to ethical standards, including:

  • Approvals from relevant bioethics committees.
  • Written consent from human participants or their guardians.
  • Anonymity and confidentiality of research subjects.

F) Author Guidelines

  • Submissions must be original, unpublished, and formatted using Times New Roman (size 12, 1.5 spacing) on A4 paper with 1” margins.
  • EndNote is recommended for references.
  • References should follow proper citation styles, and authors are encouraged to include DOIs.
  • Figures and tables must be properly labeled and referenced.
